"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. We hiked up through the trails and found the most beautiful sunset.Anne Marie and Elena are the best hosts!! We asked for recommendations of places to eat, and Anne Marie took the time to researywhich places were open (we went during Dec holidays, so most places were closed). When we first arrived, Elena met us at Deia supermarket and showed us the way to the property. Thank goodness cause it would have been tricky for us to find. Elena was also gracious enough to show us around the property. All in all, we give them 10 stars. We are so grateful we found this property."

"We chose this property for our stay in Mallorca because of the view and it did not disappoint! We loved the view of the sea and also the view of the mountains. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio one evening when we were home! One morning we enjoyed a beautiful rainbow after it rained out at sea! The house itself is beautiful and was super clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. There was plenty of room to spread out and hang out and relax but we spent most of our time on the patio outside. The location is outside the town of Deia but walkable- there are some steep hills returning to the house from Deia and we were delighted to find there were taxis in the town to bring us home after dinner - so we got the best of both - lovely walks into town (downhill) then taxi back! We initially arrived very late at night and Rosa our host was very accommodating - she sent great directions regarding getting to the house and also getting IN to the house- she left all the outside lights on and the front gate open which was really nice. The only problem we experienced was not related to this property directly - but there was a neighbor a few homes away that was burning their yard waste and the smoke was blowing our way which impacted us being outside. From what we understand , it is only permitted certain times of the year. If we had known this we might have changed our dates. It wasn’t all the time but a few times we had to come in because of the smell. "

"The location of the property is outstanding, a 15 minute walk to Deia and short drive to Soller and Valdemossa. The house and property are also terrific with 180 degree views and the sea and surrounding hills from the ample terraces and pool deck. I would definitely rent this property again."

"This was one of the most special places we have ever stayed! There are only a handful of homes in the Deia area that are a close walk to Cala Deia and this is one of them. The historic looking outside opens to a modern, clean, clutter-free space. Our family of 4 (2 college age daughters) loved the balcony, views, proximity to the cove and the two restaurants, and the nearby hiking! The entire home, inside and out, was very clean. And everything you could need was provided, giving us a sense of "home"."
