"The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!"

"The best check in - ever! We got to the hotel early (10:30 am) and our room was ready. They let us check in and while they took the bags up to the room, gave us a champagne welcome drink. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old city and very close to the the cathedral and port. Staff was truly amazing. "

"Fabulous hotel in the middle of town close to everything - touring/sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, waterfront. Great buffet breakfast. The front side of the cathedral. My friend and I didn't have a chance to go in since we went to the city after his work. We just walked around and I found that Mallorca, especially the old part, is quite gorgeous at night.

"Stayed at the Basilica for the second time and it did not disappoint. Clean, convenient for shops bars and restaurants and getting around Palma in general. The hotel-staff were welcoming and accommodating. The pool area on the roof terrace is also a big plus small but relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in Palma. "

"A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. The communal areas in the hotel are immaculate and the room was too. We had a small balcony that overlooked the front of the property, which was a great addition. The room was clean and comfy, with a TV to watch Netflix. The bathroom areas are quite quirky, but that’s only something to bear in mind dependent on who you’re sharing the room with! All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more. "
