"Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. "

"Views are amazing, deck is nice but has deferred maintenance. The cabin itself is very small but cute. Main floor bed is unbelievably noisy, uncomfortable creaking loudly with any movement. Very little sleep for 2 nights. It needs to be replaced before renting again. Before booking and after reading 5 reviews regarding the horrible mattress, I contacted the (host) and heard back that it had been replaced. We arrived... It had not. Kitchen cabinets, drawers and wooden counter edges have built...

"What a wonderful place to stay! The grounds were clean, beach access was awesome. You were able to hear the waves crashing from our living room. Home was well supplied. Might suggest an air fryer. Coffee pot was a true treat. Spectrum cable not accessible, so that was a little frustrating. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful. "
