"Very nice stay in a gorgeous room, well stocked bathroom, with all amenities. Location is great for all of the sights you come to Venice for, though you do have to go a little further out to find good restaurants. Daily cleaning and mini-bar stocking was great. Could have done with a larger bin for rubbish within the room. The only friction really was trying to figure out the check-in process if arriving outside of hours (8am-4pm). "Beautiful hotel on the Grand Canal. Wonderful historic building. Kind of tricky to find as this is not a typical hotel with a front desk. Great view. "

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We had continental breakfast delivered every morning and it was included.
