"Navigating the hotel was a minor challenge. Which elevators service what part of the hotel... The hotel provides a low cost water taxi service to and from San Marco square which is dedicated to the hotel. The Skyline bar has great views, but we suggest venturing out and to the local cafe's. The room was nice, large with 2 doors that opened onto the courtyard. The thermostat wanted to keep the room much warmer that we liked, even turned down, it did not matter, so we opened the doors to let in the cool night air. Opening the doors does shut off the heat/AC... We traveled off season, so it was a bit damp and the air was cool. They do suggest during the warmer months to not open the doors as it will let bugs in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Two min walk from the rialto bridge and opposite the boat stops to and from the airport. Short 15 minute walk to st marks square lots of places to eat and drink in the area the property is a little tired and small (cosy) but its clean with a lovely breakfast and great staff very very friendly and helpful we came December 2023 and loved it so we booked here again for this latest trip and when we come to visit venice again we will stay here we love its location and staff."

"Great place to stay…fantastic location, just round the corner from St Mark’s Square. Lovely breakfast, good selection of hot and cold food. Room was very comfortable, clean and great condition - upgraded from classic double. Staff all friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Venice."
