"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

Communication with property manager was poor partly because VRBO messaging was not functioning and property manager was not consistently responding to email with complete decisions. Mosquitoes are a problem in this property. After arriving and finding windows opened by maid, we closed windows and used air conditioner. Yet, despite killing all mosquitoes that day, there were more to greet us each night after touring. Property manager and maid had been in the property...

"Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it."

"The unit was a great find. Not only did we have secure parking we also had great access to transit to visit Venice. What a nice surprise from Isabella who actually supplied us with some essentials to start our stay off perfectly. Thanks for the food it was greatly appreciated. The unit itself was up to date with a large kitchen area and a very comfortable bedroom and a large bathroom and shower. The unit had everything we needed.
