"Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night. "

"The place was spacious and very clean. Martina and the staff were very accommodating and communicated with us very easily and was very helpful! The place was at the center of everything! There was a lift that was very helpful because the room was on the third floor. Overall experience was great and we will come back for sure to stay with them!"

"I like the price/value. 15 minutes walking to the bus station #6 that takes you to Venice downtown. There is a super big grocery store Panarama with good price, 5 minutes driving. The cabin is a little tight for us 4 big people but it’s cozy and warm (with heaters in each room). The only downside is the wifi signal is unstable, and the shower water temperature is not stable. Other than that we had a good time. I recommend it! "

"This was great access to transportation 2 min away 1 bus ride 15 min to Venice. Supermarket 3 min away. The only thing was during my stay the laundry room was being worked on and I had to go outside to a laundry mat and they do not take credit card cash euros only...so a little inconvenience. Other then that great place."
