"The place was cool and decently clean however a few things require me to give less than 5 stars. First we had trouble with gaining access to the unit several hours after check-in. Communication with the host was slow / difficult during this time. They claim it was a VRBO issue and I can’t prove otherwise but something to watch out for. We got the room called Apartment, Accessible (Studio) Room which was good size with queen/double bed, washer/dryer combo, dish washer, microwave and electric cook top. There was sky tv with 5 sky channels unlocked. The major downside to this hotel is they only have limited free parking available on premises. "A fantastic hotel in queenstown. Parking can get little full and tricky but the place is totally worth it. I had my flight delayed and communicating with them was very easy and smooth. Would stay here again "
