"Fabulous stay. Room 205 is the one you want! Huge, clean and new. Street noise is noticeable for light sleepers, but we had no issues. Beds were phenomenal in the one bedroom residence. Lots of pillows, had excellent sleep! Hotel staff are excellent and respond promptly to any concerns. Want to specifically call out Gerardo for being awesome! "What a beautiful property! It’s a perfect relaxing spot right in front of the arches. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommended. The food on property was very good too. I will definitely return soon. "

"Irma the concierge was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Staff was very friendly. Location is about 35 min walk from Medano beach, so be aware of that, and it is at the top of a steep hill. Good for exercise but not if you have difficulty walking. The restaurant on site is Italian, not Mexican food. The room was good, very spacious, very nice view of town and ocean. Price was affordable."

"We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction. Tried reaching out to the owner, they finally got back to me and their only reply back was they could move me to another room but it didn’t matter because construction was going on all over the property...

"Sunset, it’s a wonderful and unique resort. Golf cart transportation was excellent and fun. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that beds are not comfortable. Cabo Charlie was a great host, communication was great and helpful for first time to Sunset. Charlie also graciously gave us a free night. Overall a wonderful time and lots of options for food and activities. We will be back!"

We were told that the timeshare people who VRBO the units are not guaranteed an ocean view even if that is what they bought. We understood the unit was an ocean view and it was not. "What a rare privilege to be able to get out under a pitch black starry night, and take a break from wifi and cell phones. This place is well worth spending at least a night at and remembering what life was like before technology ruled us. "Krystal Grand hotel has excellent service, people here go above and beyond to make your stay magical. So many dinning options, no need for reservations, its on a first come & serve basis. There is after hours food. Kristal camp was great for the kids. Quiet and relaxing place. The views are breathtaking. The resort has it all close by. Special thanks to Gabriel Avila who made sure that our stay was perfect."

Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco - All Inclusive

"This property was recommended by a good friend and it did not disappoint. Food options were great and the staff/service were professional and friendly. Our only and only frustrating issue was trying to claim a lounge chair only to have our towels tossed because an "elite" member from the sister hotel next door wanted our lounges. Very unfair and discriminatory. We didn't receive a VIP upgrade even though the hotel was not full. We had a wonderful 5 days and we will go back for sure!!"

"Absolutely amazing experience here.I am a non shareholder here & was looking for a cost efficient & relaxing vacation. My expectations were met beyond what I could've imagined. I am already looking forward to going back! The rooms were amazing. Staff was the absolute best. Lots of activities & entertainment provided. One of the best resort gyms I've ever used. Hoping to go with the whole family next year. "

Hotel Riu Palace Baja California - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"It was our first adult only resort. It was great to have relaxation. We bought our 2 adult sons. They had a great time with Beach Vollyball and golfing at the pool. Yhe food and staff was excellent. Never had to wait in line to be seated. They had cocktails anytime you wanted. The mini fridge was kept full. We will come back again"

Nice Location on the Marina

"We had a lovely room that appeared to be recently updated. Our view was nice as well. I must say the bed was very comfortable. Everything in our room was as expected. The buffet breakfast was great and the servers were so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay at Tesoro again and highly recommend this location. "
