"Excellent, on the budget place to stay, clean and safe, the only thing we noticed and occasionally didn't like is terible traffic noise comming from 2 streets the property is loated in between."

"What a beautiful property! It’s a perfect relaxing spot right in front of the arches. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommended. The food on property was very good too. I will definitely return soon. "

"Good property for the price! Located near shopping, restaurants, about 3-4 blocks from the beach access point. Free parking. Pool is not heated so no-one was using it in early Feb. Room is dated but pleasant and useable. Exterior pathways could benefit from attention. I'd stay here again."

"Sunset, it’s a wonderful and unique resort. Golf cart transportation was excellent and fun. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that beds are not comfortable. Cabo Charlie was a great host, communication was great and helpful for first time to Sunset. Charlie also graciously gave us a free night. Overall a wonderful time and lots of options for food and activities. We will be back!"

"We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction. Tried reaching out to the owner, they finally got back to me and their only reply back was they could move me to another room but it didn’t matter because construction was going on all over the property...

"If you like to be away from it all, this is the place. Beautiful waterfall, close to hot springs, hiking. The people running the lodge are great and the food is out of this world. No refrigerators so plan accordingly if you are making your own food. One building is your bathroom and bedroom and the second building is the kitchen and dining area with two additional places to either sleep or sit. Can go on top of the second building above the kitchen for sunsets and bird watching. Very...

"Overall stay was pretty good. The walls are very thin so we could hear all the other doors slamming in the complex, and traffic was extremely loud. Breakfast is average for what you’d get out of a hotel. Pool is good, with chairs around for sun tanning. We did see quite a few of very small ant like bugs throughout the room, but not so much that we were concerned. Don’t know that we’d be eager to book again, but would recommend considering it if the price fits your budget. "
