"My room offers an awesome view of the city and the lake. The facility was good. However, the cleaning staffs have some room for improvement. They didn't bring me 4 towels as I requested multiple times. They didn't really clean my bed and vacuum the room diligently. The swimming pool and the hot tub is a bit outdated. The restaurant at the hotel is kind of expensive. Other than that, I love this hotel. I will definitely revisot it if I visit Guangzhou again in the future."

"The hotel is excellent and have good English speaking staff. However, malls around the hotel is small and don’t have many shops. But 1 subway-stop-away from the city’s shopping area. The subway is not to far but you need to cross the big road to use the escalator. If you have big luggages, this might be a problem. "
