"We went in the bar for pre dinner drinks and tried to pay on the room and were informed this is not possible which was a shame and not usual for this type of hotel. Time for dinner was prebooked and we arrived and we’re shown to our table. Food was lovely but whole meal was spoilt at the end when my husband ordered a liquer coffee. After chasing 3 times and 45 mins we were informed they couldn’t do it. Shame and a waste of our time and also a shame again that bill could not go on the room. We...
