"The staff are the absolute nicest and most helpful of any hotel. They helped me understand the luggage transfer form and got my baggage shipped easily. They were patient with me when I locked myself out of my room. The room was flawlessly cleaned. The facilities had everything I needed including beer vending machine and laundry. "It's just 10mins walking to Minato Mirai area. There are a lot of shopping and restaurants. Also to get the nearest train station is just one min.I'd use this hotel again when I come back to Japan!"
