The hotel provides mechanic car park - which is helpful, so we don't have to worry about our car being subject to snow or cold. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is close to the train station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk north from the hotel to get to an area with interesting restaurants and shops. I also like that you can book a room with a washing machine, although I didn't not do so myself. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely look to stay here."
