"Although it is rated as ac3 star hotel, it has everything we needed. It is Japan, smaller room was expected. Very nice building with swimming pool on the roof top, the roof top offers beautiful view of the city. The 7 eleven store located on the 4th floor is so convenient for guests. We also enjoyed the “public bath” facility on the 3rd floor, it was a good experience of local culture. "

"Amazing hotel and service "

"Stayed at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda-Eki Tower for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The check-in process was a little confusing as it’s 100% self check-in so it was hard to navigate the screens. Room was great with a lot of amenities provided. Cleaning up of rooms by default is once every 3 days (for guests who stayed beyond 3 days), but fresh towels will be provided daily. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, and can be accessible by both the Tanimachi Line and Midosuji Lines (though Midosuji is a bit further). Overall, I think the hotel was a good one. However, one might want to cater an additional 5-10 minutes to wait for the elevator, which will take awhile."

"This hotel was very comfortable and roomy! We stayed 4 nights. It was close to Dotomburi and the subway station, the hotel even has an entrance on the subway level! Lots of places to eat relatively close by. I would definitely stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka again! "
