"Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward.
