"This hotel far exceeded my expectations in terms of space and thoughtful amenities. The water dispensing stations on every floor was extremely helpful so that I did not have to continuously buy bottled water. They also had coffee in the 6th floor lounge that was great since most coffee shops seem to be open later than what I am used to (need to have a cup first thing in the AM). The location was perfect for the kind of itinerary that I had and there was no shortage of food options. I felt perfectly safe exploring early in the morning and coming back after dark. It does get quite busy in the area but that is to be expected. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. "

"Hotel in the heart of Umeda - easy access to transport and shopping. The hotel is expansive and many people coming and going in the lobby. We enjoyed the location but the lifts were annoying with having to take two separate lifts to get to hotel, then another up to your room. Room was comfortable and clean, we liked the separate toilet from shower. "

"Great property. They were incredibly kind and helpful to a bunch of young American tourists. Great service and the bar at the top had great drinks and was a lot of fun."

"Checking in at the Hotel Monterey Le Frere was a very straight forward process! Elevator brings you to reception immediately. Because of it's central location in Kita Ward it was a very popular location. The hotel and the room was very clean and spacious for chain hotels of this nature. With a Lawson and a pharmacy in the same building space, convenience was at an all time high. I would gladly stay here again it was a lovely experience."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The room has very good size for two people. My room has excellent city view. The staff is very friendly and super helpful! My sister lost her necklace while showering. The staff tried their best to help her to look for it. Although it was not found but we really appreciate their efforts! The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. We love the stay."
