"This place is really bad value for money. There were clumps of dust in the bathroom, the fixtures hadn't been updated in decades. The breakfast was awful. Nobody manning the front desk. The Japanese tatami room and the onsen were OK but these were the only redeeming factors in an otherwise totally disappointing stay. I was expecting much, much more for the price we paid. If it was 50% cheaper, it would've been barely worth it."

"We visited the hotel for a ski trip and loved it all! All three buildings are ski in / ski out, have rental equipment and lift tickets available on site, and provide a great launching pad for a great ski experience. We stayed in the west tower and enjoyed the onsen and multiple on-site restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"
