"Staff were friendly as ever, the reception staff are always good on check in. Food in the evening was good (although portion size for the fries was on the “thrifty” side (the large plate probably didn’t help. Biggest issue room heating went off at about midnight and was off until Around 5am - it got cold. "

"Visited for a family funeral recently and the staff were so kind, polite and helpful. Greeted with a smile at every occasion and a warm Cooke on check in. Breakfast was lovely, not greasy and plenty to choose from. Gym was well equipped and air conditioned. Pool was warm and clean. I stayed in the newly refurbished rooms which were clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. The bed was large and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying again if I require a hotel in that area. Thank you for a lovely stay"
