"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Overall a good stay with very friendly staff

"Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the lady that checked me in. Wish I caught her name. Room was clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."
