"Had very comfortable and affordable stay whilst visiting family in Hitchin. Would definitely consider returning. All staff were very helpful. Left a couple of items in the room on leaving and these were cheerfully found and kept on reception for pick up. "

"Food and service excellent, unfortunately the room smelt of damp really badly, the chimes from the church every 30 minutes kept me awake most of the night until I stuffed tissue in my ears, loud noise from cars passing on road, springy bed. Probably the worst nights sleep ever!"

"Check-in was easy, can’t remember the name of the staff member but she was very helpful and helped with my luggage. Stayed from Fri 20- Sun 22 March! Room was very clean, modern, comfortable bed, pillows and duvet, slept very well. All staff were friendly, happy to help and accommodating! Will certainly return! 😊"
