"Like another reviewer, I am not fond of motels with doors to the outside. However, she gave a good review so I decided to rent here. The room was very nice. Everything in it was fairly new and clean and no carpet. Love hard floors. Bathroom was very sparkling. Nice little kitchenette, although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was minimal, but yogurt, fruit, pastries and coffee got us going for the morning. Would stay here again."

For example a broken bathroom door, moldy looking caulking around tub, somewhat broken looking drawers on the kitchen cabinets. Also wasn't as soundproof as expected.
