There was one chair in the room some distance from the TV. It would be nice to have a desk chair on casters so that a person could watch the news in the morning without having to jump back in bed. There is plenty of room for another chair."

"Starting from check-in and right through checking out, it was a great stay. I would say the customer service was the best part and was better than most anywhere in recent years. Elijah at the front desk at check-in could not have been nicer, more efficient or more professional. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and helpful, even though we requested no service. Twice they stopped me in the hall and asked if we needed anything and seemed disappointed that we didn’t. The breakfast staff were very efficient, ensuring complete cleanliness and hot food. Breakfast was delicious, too! The room was comfortable, and I found the shower to be what I would build for my own. The location was convenient for both of us (he was there for business, I was not) and close to everything. Definitely will stay here again if we find ourselves in the Knoxville area. "
