"We stay at a lot of VRBO's and AriBnB's and this was by far one of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked places we have ever been. They have thought of everything as the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The pictures don't do justice. "This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)"

"My daughter and I came to Knoxville for Admittance Day at UT and was only in town for a day. This place is super cute, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river and being on a farm was much better than staying in a hotel. The commute to UT and downtown is basically a straight shot and not long at all. I will definitely stay here again when my daughter moves into college. Go Vols!"

"Perfect! Owner was awesome and incredibly responsive. The house was immaculate and ideal for us. Wish we could have enjoyed the fire pit too but we were able to stay high and dry and cozy in the house and avoid the torrential downpours. There is even a nice covered area to get to the carport from the house. Neat historical home close to everything and we were honored to be the first VRBO customer. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!"
