As I write this at 3 a.m. on January 11, 2025, I am compelled to document what has undoubtedly been the most deplorable, disgusting, and utterly unacceptable hotel stay of my life. I traveled to Knoxville for a business trip and, due to last-minute circumstances, had no choice but to book this establishment. Initially, the first couple of days seemed tolerable, though I began waking up with severe sinus issues. I also noticed an unusual amount of dust lingering in the air at random intervals. When the snowstorm arrived and temperatures plummeted, I was forced to rely on the heating system to stay warm. That’s when I discovered the horrifying state of the air filters. Upon inspection, I was absolutely appalled. The filters were coated in layers of filth, grime, and dust. To document the severity, I wiped them with a clean white towel—only to see it turn pitch black. The aftermath? Waking up each morning with a raw throat, a persistent cough, and worsening sinus issues. The air quality in this room is nothing short of a health hazard. It is clear that these filters have not been cleaned or maintained in months, if not longer. This is not merely negligence—it is outright dangerous. This issue has caused me to develop a severe sinus infection. As I write this, I plan to visit urgent care first thing in the morning to have a medical professional assess the full extent of the damage. I have now been forced to unplug the heating unit entirely, leaving me to endure an outside tem

There was a problem with checkin. Although I had reserved and paid in advance for a King suite when we arrived at our room it was not a king suite but 2 queens. I returned to the desk and showed her my reservation which I had on my cell phone. She apologized and said that Expedia had not ask for a King but had ask for two queens. She was very courteous and did find a king suite for me. I’m very disappointed in Expedia for this inconvenience. Do I need to call every hotel that you make a reservation for me just to make sure that I get the room I reserved and paid in advance for? Please respond.
