"Stayed here for a weekend while attending a food festival. This hotel is within walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads station, is good value for money, has friendly staff and the rooms are pretty spacious. Would definitely stay here again!"

It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness. "Fab location!! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Only downside was paper thin walls, noisy neighbours, but thats not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again."

"Excellent location for the centre of Bristol. We were easily able to walk (on a sunny day) from the train station. Lots of independent shops and cafes around the hotel. Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Room was large and clean. Bathroom modern and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely book again if needed."

"Warm welcome, fuss free check in. Room easy to find and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely pod coffee machine. We used the spa and facilities. The only negative i can say is that it was very busy so we had no where to sit. People put towels on the beds but didnt use them for a long time. Breakfast was good. Small selection but plenty of options."

"Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light. The window design meant it did not open. This felt a little claustrophobic as the room was a little warm. Very good shower and nice big kettle. The addition of a chiller was very helpful as we had brought a small amount of fresh food and some oat milk with us. "
