"From the moment we arrived everyone was very attentive and courteous. In fact our flight arrived early and our rooms were immediately available, which allowed us to go to Salem with our things set in our rooms. Upon our arrival I lost my ring, and realized it in Salem a few hours laters. When i called they immediately went to the area i thought I might have dropped it, they placed me on hold and came back to tell me they found it! We had 2 rooms and they nicely offered connecting rooms which was a plus for our family. The concierge for nearby directions to trains, restaurants was outstanding. They facilitated all of needs pleasantly. On our way Ed was amazing as he supported us in finding a taxi! Would definitely come back, the location was perfect!"
