"We stayed in a 4 dorm, 2 adults and 2 kids, for 4 nights. The hostel was great for us in terms of location, cost, and room space. They serve some amazing lunch and dinner options there too! The hostel was one of the quietest I've ever stayed in and the facilities were all fairly clean and well equipped. "

"Our family (2 adults, 8yr old son) stayed in a private 2 double bed room for 6 nights in March 2025. We were extremely happy with our experience. The room was very spacious and the bathroom/shower rooms were wonderful. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to small families. There is a shared lounge and kitchen which we utilized to cook additional veggies as we found it lacking when eating out. There are two induction ranges and pots of water come to boil very quickly....

"Worst hostel I’ve been in Japan. It’s dirty, noisy and smelly. The beds are not fixed so it very noisy when you move. The rooms are not well ventilated and smells bad. You can find better for the price. "

"Was only there for a night and it was a lovely place. Stayed in a private room for 3 and it reminded me of a cute apartment. Friendly staff who were more than willing to help us out. Conveniently next to a train station as well, so really easy to go to other parts of town. Thanks again for everything!"

"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "Family of 4. Room was spacious. Each person got a bed of their own. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were so hard. Room came with the basic, mini fridge, hot water kennel, safe and blow dryer. Toilet was in a separate room from shower, tub and vanity, which was nice. All other necessities (toothbrush, razor, scrubber, etc.) you had to get in the lobby. Balcony was off limits so that sucked. Room service was available till 10pm. Cafe was nice next to the Universal store on the left side lobby, across the bar dining area. On the other end of the lobby there is a ticket counter to purchase Universal tickets, so that was convenient. Was about $60 sum per adult. Then the back exit on the same side is the walk way to the Captain Line which was so awesome. This takes you to the Aquarium, Ferris Wheel, and the market mall. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Loved their fresh orange machine. Hotel was just straight up the street from Universal Park, City Walk and Train station. So so convenient for everything. Highly recommend this Minion themed hotel 😊"
