"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. "Great apartment style accomodation option within easy walking distance from Kyoto station. Loft C comfortably accommodated 3 people. Good quality appliances. Netflix can be accessed via the room TV. Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff. An annoying thing about the room was the motion sensor lights in the toilet and by the front door. "

"I’m a bit of a hotel snob and I can honestly say that this was one of my best accommodation experiences. We stayed in one of the larger apartments and it was perfect for my family of 4. The space felt clean and modern. The kitchen was perfect for storing our snacks. The electric pot was great for coffee and tea. "I stayed here for three days, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is very convenient, with two nearby stations, markets, and convenience stores within easy reach. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. I also really appreciated having a laundry machine. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is dusting the air vents and heaters. But overall, this place is excellent, and I highly recommend it! I would definitely stay here again."
