"Super safe neighborhood with easy access to the metro and the train station. Very clean. Very nice staff! Relatively spacious and bright, clean rooms. Boring area, but much more affordable with lovely rooms and facility. Would stay again, especially if planning multiple day trips from Madrid. Walking distance (albeit long) to the historic center."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was always fresh and tasted great. it is right on top of the subway and train station, and there is a bus stop right up front. it makes the location very convenient but you also get some noise due to the foot traffic. The room were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the place clean. Just take in consideration that you will need to keep your window closed as people smoke in front of the hotel and if your window is open it will get inside the room. "

"We had a very nice stay in this somewhat older but very well maintained hotel. Staff and cleanliness was first-rate, and the hotel restaurant had a good selection of meals at reasonable prices. Great area near Atocha for trains and about a 5 minute walk to two different Metro stations. "
