"Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. No complaints about the service though. Top notch."

"This is a 5 star hotel, modern and up to date! They even had water dispensers in the hallways where your could get still or bubble water! The location was also great, you could walk everywhere you need to go, the palace, the museum and even the train station. "
