"The place is so pretty, well stocked kitchen including coffee and essentials for guests, clean, screened in porch, creek side, lovely sound of moving water, fire pit with everything needed for your enjoyment. Not far from many hiking trails and breweries. Great getaway!"

"The apartment was spacious, super clean, and the host was nice and responsive. However, the kitchen is not super well equipped (for example there is only one mug, only one knife, no cutting boards, only one small pot and one small pan, etc.) and there are a list of rules that are not advertised when booking such as no alcohol, quiet hours, no eating in bed, taking shoes off at entrance etc. The check in process was ok except we did not get check in info until after 3 which caused some confusion....

"We had a wonderful stay in Charlottesville! The home was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our large group of 12. The location was also excellent, just a short drive (or walk!) from downtown Charlottesville and walking distance to nearby parks and hiking trails. Reggie was so responsive - when we messaged requesting some extra sheets he rushed right over to bring us the supplies we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone!"

"The location was very good. Wedding we attended was downtown and it was a easy Uber ride. The owner was very helpful. He always answered our questions promptly. The only problem we had was with TV. Never could get it to work. Also there was too much food in the refrigerator. We could hardly get our stuff in. Overall it met our needs. Loved the front porch"

"We visited this property for a friend getaway and had a great time. Everything was clean. The house was excellent for five 40+ year old guys to hang out, hike, and enjoy good food and breweries. It is in a great location, and the view from the back porch was fantastic on autumn mornings with a cup of coffee. We loved the third floor hang out room. "
