"We had two families stay together in this beautiful farmhouse. It was very clean and well appointed with modern updates. Checkin and out was a breeze and communication with the host was super smooth. We would love to go back during warmer weather to enjoy the nicely landscaped outdoor area. "

"We loved the location, and it's was fun to visit with the animals. Wish we were able to sample some of the chicken eggs. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, some water damage in the kitchen. Would also have been great if there was a hair dryer available, especially as the weather gets colder. All in all a fun stay at a farm with a great location."

"Stayed with 12 family members and the location was fantastic. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The guidebook had great suggestions and Randy was highly responsive."

"I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was! The owners were extremely communicative and helpful. The house was on a stunning secluded piece of land outside Charlottesville and offered incredible views. The house was very well appointed and they certainly thought of everything. We would absolutely be back again. "

"Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay on this lovely farm! The cottage is authentic, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our boys most enjoyed playing with the friendly family pets, as well as taking a stroll through the fields to see some farm animals. The hosts also have a restaurant in town where we had a delightful meal during our stay. My only regret is that our schedule was so full of events that we didn't have even more time to spend in this beautiful and relaxing atmosphere."

"We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The property was stunning and the horses were friendly. It’s a great place to stay with family (kids included). The chef’s kitchen is stocked with every kitchen cooking utensil you may need. The rooms are just as large as they look in the pictures, so there is plenty of space to spread out and unwind. The weather was a little chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors nearly as much as we would have liked, but...

"We rented the home for its proximity to Wintergreen for a quick skiing trip,and it was perfect. A cozy older home with a cabin like feel. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Owners were great, get back to you quickly if you have questions. Definitely rent again if we come back to the area."

"We travelled to Va to visit Monticello, wineries and breweries for my husband's 60th birthday with 3 other couples. The house was about 20minutes from Monticello and Jefferson winery so it was a perfect location for us. We absolutely loved the farm and the house. We got to see the baby goats which were so cute!
