"We travelled to Va to visit Monticello, wineries and breweries for my husband's 60th birthday with 3 other couples. The house was about 20minutes from Monticello and Jefferson winery so it was a perfect location for us. We absolutely loved the farm and the house. We got to see the baby goats which were so cute! "We stayed at this double log cabin for a 2 night family get together.in late March. 7 adults, no kids. Plenty of space, authentic cabins with a newer section connecting them. I would say the description and pictures are spot on. We loved eating in one night (most appliances are updated and the old refrigerator did well). We LOVED having an outdoor fire both nights. The negatives in my opinion may NOT be negatives for others. We are either city or suburb dwellers. It was cold in the house...

"Our group of 6 (3 couples) had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable with many little touches that made the stay so much better. The owner quickly responded whenever I reached out to her, mainly before our stay. We did not need to contact her during the stay because everything was perfect. I highly recommend this house, we all would book it again. "
