"The check in alone should have been a red flag, it was an outdoor service window. The room itself was awful. It was small and cramped and freezing cold. The bed had two very flat pillows (thankfully we always bring our own from home). My fiance went to put his drinks in the refrigerator and couldn't even leave them in there because it was so dirty.
