Our room wasn't ready when we arrived three hours early but staff emailed us when it was ready, and they had already delivered our baggage to the room. Coffee was available in the room and the pillows and mattress were memory foam, so comfortable. The location is directly across the street feom the train station and in the middle of Old Town, where shopping and restaurants are located. This place is perfect!"
