"After checking in, they had my parents stay in tower one, which was mentioned to have AirConditioning. After arriving on our floor, the hallway was already hot as an oven. The room was the same. Turned the AC on and waited for hours to cool down. Didn’t work. Plus TV was broken as well. We went down and complaint about the AC. Then they said the AC for the whole tower was broken!! What!? They just said it had AC. So we asked for a room with AC and pointed us to this “newer” tower. It was working...

"I stayed at The Rilano for 2 nights for a work trip. The hotel staff were friendly and informative. Certain parts of the hotel looked like they were being renovated, but nothing was closed, or unclean. There was a lack of signage to point me to the room. The WiFi on my floor was unreliable, but fine down in the lobby and restaurant. The room was compact, but had everything I needed. The bed was fine, but it was two single mattresses pushed together and I did feel myself slip down between them at...
