"The hotel itself was great, it was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. The only issue is the location. The public transport in the area isn’t great and we ended up getting taxis which were really expensive."

"I booked the hotel on Black Friday deal but when we arrived I realized that is then 20 euro cheaper per night than what I booked on Expedia. Which was disappointing, I am not sure if this was a fault by Expedia predictions or the hotel information. The lobby was great for working. The room was very very minimal, from size to equipment. The staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"I stayed at The Rilano for 2 nights for a work trip. The hotel staff were friendly and informative. Certain parts of the hotel looked like they were being renovated, but nothing was closed, or unclean. There was a lack of signage to point me to the room. The WiFi on my floor was unreliable, but fine down in the lobby and restaurant. The room was compact, but had everything I needed.
