Staff was AMAZING, kind, and was readily available our entire stay. The room was nice and heated floors in the bathroom made us extra comfortable during our stay. Close to a train station and many food options. Also amazing breakfast

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel about 10mins walk from Ubahn. Only downside was no family rooms so had to book 2 seperate rooms. The hotel team did make sure the two rooms were on the same floor. Staff were great and also spone English which was a bonus as my German is limited.

Great hotel. We used this hotel as its in walking distance to the olympic hall where we was seeing a concert. Not far from the BMW museum either if you want to visit that.

The staff at this property were absolutely phenomenal, especially Renata who was incredibly welcome and a pleasure to speak to! There was a Greek restaurant just around the corner from the hotel that was mind blowing, do ask about it! I loved the Bluetooth speaker setup in the room, unfortunately the smart TV features didn’t work in my room, though I was here for one night so it didn’t negatively impact my stay in anyway! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Was just okay. It did the job as far as having a place to put your head down. The rooms were tight and had very thin walls. You can hear your neighbors' mumbling, and their doors opening and closing. It is a little bit away from the train lines so you can either walk a kilometer or catch a three-minute bus out front. Also, the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. Not horrible, but not great. On the plus side the bathrooms and showers were nice and big, and the hotel was generally clean.

I have to say in 7 months of travelling, the staff (especially the supervisor at the front desk), were some of the least interested, rude and unhelpful hotel staff I come across. Location is okay but really not much there. Room was fine apart from the cleaner entering the room at 930am! If you stay, remember to put your door tag out!

For the price I have paid, it’s terrible. The staff did not speak german - very very little and they did not understand english. There were no extra services/ amenities for free, for example cosmetic wipes. The whole weekend it was rainy and we asked for an umbrella. “You have to pay 10€.” - Great!
