Travelled from England, staff were so polite, very friendly and helpful! The hotel is a 20 minute walk into the city centre, market ect so very ideal! 40 minute journey from the airport around €70/100 trip, Allianz stadium is a 20/25 minute taxi away also! So close to everything you’d want to to do, breakfast is lovely got a mix of everything! The ONLY negative thing was no kettle in the room but there is a fridge there is free tea and coffee in reception tho! Would recommend and hopefully answers all the questions we was wondering also! Thanks for making our stay in Munich even better!!

Good location and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the laundry I was counting on was not available- it would be useful to let potential guests know it is closed three days of the week, as many like me might be counting on getting some laundry done. Otherwise my stay was excellent. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The manual checkinn didnt work, the room is a lot smaller than the pictures suggest, the superior room is not superior, it did not over look the courtyard, there is no real bar area, staff were very polite, a section of the shower had fallen off, the duvets on a double bed are two single duvets not one double duvet

The area around the hotel is safe but may appear as if it isn’t. Very convenient to the main train station (HBF). Breakfast is expensive for what you get. Staff were great.
