"This was a great stay for a short city break. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only slight downside was that there was a strange noise coming from the air vent in our room, which sounded like trickling water. This meant it could be a bit annoying to sleep through, but I use white noise at night, so didn’t hear it! "Hotel was brilliant, it is very close to the Berlin Zoo. It is also very close to the U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz, about a five min walk. Hotel staff were lovely and were very helpful with any queries I had. The crossiants and coffee in the morning were a lovely touch. The room was very clean, and coffee and a kettle was provided in the room along with various herbal teas. "

Only negative notes: no mini-bar, not enough irons especially during ITB when you know you shall have such requests, and the housekeeping where making the room is barely about placing the blanket and changing floor towel."
