"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "An excellent property offers very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel provides gorgeous view of the sea and located close to tram and other amenities. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful. At the reception Chris, was so friendly to give you professional tips about the city and the property.The continental breakfast choice including freshly sliced fruits were satisfying and the restaurant team members also very attentive. The excecutive lounge at the 9th floor is cozy and provides an excellent view of the neighborhood and the beach. The lounge has wine, beer and sodas including snacks. Enjoyed my stay at this property. Thanks, will visit soon."
