"This was our secomd time staying at the Ocean House and just like the first time we were placed on the 2nd floor and yet again the lift broke down. This was a disappointment as the climb up can feel tiring... that said, the best aspect of our stay was the tentative and excellent customer service from Nicolas! He is hard working and always smiling. The accommodation its self was nice and the main double bed is exceptionally comfortable. The beach is in walking distance and the hotel offers bikes...

Only minor issue; check in could have been a little more informative, was not aware of all the cool stuff onsite until day 2- staff otherwise friendly and top tier "
