"We were expecting a sea-view, but it was not available for our room. The environment smelled a bit of humidity. The room was ok. but the bathroom was a bit small. The service personnel was friendly, the breakfast was ok."

"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "

"Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a motel because it's MUCH better than a lot of the hotels I stayed in. This place has extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location right in the city center within 5-10 minutes of walking to the main places in Rotterdam. We were offered a free checkout time extension as one of us caught cold and had to sleep in for a couple of hours past checkout."

"This a great overall property. Rooms are well looked after and nocely appointed. Only reason for the missing star was the heat (or lack thereof) in the room. We had to keave our room door open to the hall way to get enough heat into the room so we coukd take our jackets off while watching tv. "

"If you don’t want your room cleaned everyday you can hang a notice on the door. You get 2 vouchers each night you do this for a free drink. Hotel ideal for cyclist. Only 10min cycle ride to beach. Lots of cycle parking, locked area for e-bikes with charging points and lots of bikes for hire. Plenty of parking Very friendly helpful staff. "
