"Fantastic hotel, everyone so friendly and helpful, excellent food covered all nationalities for breakfast, excellent value for money, free shuttle bus to the airport and from there you can get train, buses, etc onto city centre definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system.
