"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "Great staff and location for meetings"

"The family room was very nice. But the housekeeping has days off, so you have to clean your own room. The pictures show a breakfast buffet, but no breakfast is served. And the rooms don't have any facilities such as a refrigerator that would help you to prepare your own. The hotel has a kitchen, but it is off limits to guests. The heaters were switched off till we complained about it. The hotel personnel is not on-site, and they're not reachable 24/7, which delayed this even further."

"I discovered this gem quite by accident but am happy I did. The room was huge and suitable for a 3-person family. Everything was clean, there was an iron and board, fan, and good water pressure. The best part was the hospitality though. The owner takes care of you and is lovely. Wonderful breakfast as well. "
