"Loved that it was right on the water and had a view. It was near restaurants and shops."

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "everything is nice but needs to tell your housekeeping staff while washing the glasses and cups it needs to wash in a diswashers to prevent Germs not that if we ask glass they just wash it in the toilet that's it? They are so lazy to take a new one but still i like to come back in this hotel🇮🇸🇮🇸🇮🇸"
