"We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved. When we got to our room we noticed that the cot beds we had requested were not there but this was rectified quickly. A cot was provided for our baby but we were informed that it wouldn't be given for our 2 year old, which was fine as she managed to sleep fine on the bed. The room wasn't huge but had everything we needed, bathroom with over bath shower, separate toilet, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. The TV wasn't working to start with but this was sorted after we reported it. We used the pool facilities on one of the days, which was great. It's a small pool but perfect to take children in. Our 2 year old loved it. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't add it. Overall, a great hotel for the price. Perfect location and very clean and quiet. "
