Absolutely loved the hotel. Excellent location excellent staff and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Got a room with a beautiful view as well as access to the lounge. Well, worth paying extra for the access to the lounge.

The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely.

The hotel was situated in a great location connected to many places for sightseeing and shopping or eating. The staff were welcoming and wonderful. The amenities were top notch. Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful—when we had trouble charging our EV in the car park, he came downstairs with us and manually fixed the issue. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to get two nights of good sleep.
