"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

Only small issue I had was the drain in the shower was very slow to drain which caused a big puddle in the rest of the bathroom, reception staff said they would send someone up to look at it so hopefully that’s not an issue for anyone else staying.
