"This is a great little hotel just one block off the central square in the old section of Brussels. The internal bar and restaurant are great and the location unbeatable. "This hotel is situated a quick walk from the train station. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was comfortable. Our room was a bit colder than we would have liked, and turns out that you need to call for assistance in adjusting the thermostat (you don’t control it in the room). They assisted with that, and all was good! They also assisted with replacing a toiletry item forgotten at home. All is all, safe, clean and comfortable stay!"

"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. ...

"The property is wonderfully located. It is a nice historic house and the bedroom and bath are very spacious. The problem for us was that the tub is a high step over the rim and the shower is only hand held. Since my husband has double knee replacement, this was a problem and providing a step stool would have made life easier. Although I like a chilly bedroom at night, it was also quite cold during the day. The owner seemed quite put out that we mentioned these problems."
