Had such an amazing experience and time at the Mila Hotel and definitely keeping this place bookmarked for future visits! Customer service was amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk around and is close to many activities. Definitely would recommend!

This is an interesting little place, very clean, great shower. The breakfast was very nice. The entrance is unusual, with a more hostel feel than a formal hotel. (not a problem, just something to know ahead) The workers were especially kind and friendly. It is a convenient location, just a bit outside of the most busy streets. I would stay here again.

The Mila is a nice property for anyone coming through Brussels for a couple nights. Our room was clean and had all the necessities for a quick stay for myself and my wife. The staff members who greeted us to check in were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also nice, perfect to fuel up for day of walking or travel. The room was cozy and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend it as a location for adventurous couples who like to travel light like us!

I booked it to be walking distance from MIDI and metro and tram services and I was pleasantly surprised to realise it’s just behind the historic city centre and I had a wide area to explore and eat and drink. The check in and check out were quick, there’s baked goods awaiting in the breakfast and check in area and the rooms have lovely wide windows that actually open! I felt very safe as a solo traveler especially as entry is key based only, so just residents can access the space.

New Hotel in the heart of central with chic room hotel design. Its 2 metro stops from Brussels Midi. Easy to find. Metro is just infront. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Hotel got lift so its convinient to bring your luggage/things in your room. Recommended to all.

Both the most expensive and tiniest hotel I stayed in of late (11 stays this month). Your bed is also your sofa, chair, dresser, the only shelving, etc.. Shower sprays water to the sink, toilet and bed. Noisy, hard to crack the code on the hvac miniscule elevator for the whole property, etc.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war positiv, trotz der zentralen Lage gibt es kaum Lärm, das Personal hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, Einziges manco, Hotel hat keine Parkplätze, man muss auf privaten Parkplätzen in der Nähe des Hotels parken, da es keine Möglichkeit dazu gibt Parken auf der Straße. Rummet är för liten samt hissen och korridoren är så liten att man får klaustrofobi. Jag var rädd under nätterna eftersom om det skulle ha hänt något akut ingen ambulans personal kunde tagit oss därifrån. Jag har aldrig varit i så smala korridor och undrar hur Belgiska myndighetern kunde godkänna lokalen som hotel. Annars personalen varit mycket trevliga.

accès difficile, porte fermée , bouton d'appel invisible, N° tel d'appel sans réponse. Chambre minuscule lit double contre un mur ce qui oblige à ramper pour se coucher. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur; pas de pain frais - pas de pain du tout d'ailleurs!- pas de viennoiserie, des toasts bas de gamme, des oeufs brouillés recyclés de la veille, une seule machine a café en panne le deuxième jour - nescafé de remplacement-. Bref les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix de la chambre.

Staff was amazing and helpful. We checked out early morning and breakfast didn’t start for another couple hours…but when we let them know our departure time, they offered to have food ready. When we checked out, he made sure the food was ready to go. So nice!!!
